The Chemical portfolio of Resin SA specializes in Methylene Chloride (MEC) for the paint stripping, metal cleaning, solvents and polyurethane applications. Toluene Di Isocyanate (TDI) is used for the manufacturing of polyurethane foam.
The term “Solvents” refers to a class of chemical compounds described by function – the term derives from Latin, meaning roughly to “loosen.”

Plastics are really the final product, created after one or more polymers or are generally classified as "commodity", "specialty" and "engineering" plastics. Making up the Polymers division of Resin SA is the commodity LLDPE, HDPE, LDPE and MLLDPE from Middle East and Korea used in the packaging industries. Polystyrene and fillers also form part of the range.

The Polyesters supplied by Resin SA also comprise of high quality imported Gelcoats and Poolcoats with easily pigmented and fast curing properties. A full range of complimentary accessories are also available. Polyester resins are the most widely used resin systems, particularly in the marine industry. Polyester resins such as these are of the ‘unsaturated’ type. Our Vinyl Ester Resins from Singapore High Polymer Chemical Products having been laboratory tested by DUT ( University of Durban Polymers sciences ) against its competitors rates it on top ,providing resistance to a wide range of acids, alkalis, bleaches, and organic compounds for use in many chemical processing industry applications.
